We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless rooms and public areas. The hotel facilities were top-notch, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The convenient parking made it easy for us to bring our own vehicle. The location close to the tram was a major advantage, allowing us to easily explore this city's attractions. Additionally, the friendly and helpful staff made our experience even more enjoyable.

Spent my Christmas break at this hotel and found it to be a decent stay. The location was peaceful, away from the city's hustle, making it an ideal place to unwind. The room was clean, and the beds were comfy, providing a peaceful night's sleep. Although the hotel doesn't have an on-site reception, they have a 24-hour helpline that can attend to any emergencies, and also offer complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.
The absence of a reception manager was quite discomforting, and waiting for a response from the helpline service could sometimes take time. Breakfast was served in another hotel, which was a bit inconvenient.
